I am pleased to present a new version of the motion node. In this version, I have made 10 fixes to the current nodes and added 12 new nodes.

Streams

In addition, I started making streams, they are in Russian, but I think soon technology will allow you to translate them into your native language directly in the browser. On streams, I want to show my workflow and how I use my nodes.

New version

Nodes are also now available with a one-time payment, and not just by subscription. You can see the difference in versions at on my website. In short, more nodes, primitives, and project files are available for subscribers. When the update is released, the files will appear on the download page.

Improved:

Curve Deformer– Now correctly displays the size of the model when fit to curve is turned off.

Wave deformer – Got an object mode to repeat its shape.

New Node:

Roll Bend – A node for bending geometry into a roll.

Shrink node – allows you to compress geometry.

Feilds

Improved:

Sphere Fields – Now it has 3 modes, spheres, rings and capsules.

Push Field – now has 2 modes, points and nearest. For points, I removed the ability to select an empty object, now instead need to connect the location and size of the empty object. The nearest mode one now pushes nearby objects through the repeat zone.

New Node:

Curve Feilds – Creates a field from the curve.

Object Field – allows you to select objects and curves as an impact field

Generators:

Improved:

Linear cloner – fixed a bug for the center option, now it works correctly with a negative position value.

New Node:

Object Cloner – Places instances on a mesh

Gridder – Separate the model into different meshes by noise texture

Selection:

Improved:

The invert option has been added to all selection.

Select Edge – Got an additional mode, Face Boundaries, and also removed the blur. so that all nodes are similar to each other.

Object ramp – Offset option has been added, now in some cases it can be used as linear fields

New Node:

Find Nearest – Allows to find the nearest points or instances.

Grow Selection – Allows you to increase the size of the selection for the connected mesh.

Utilities:

Improved:

Mesh to Points – Renamed to Geometry to Points. Past name was in conflict with the Mesh To Points node. I also got the output of the indexes, now you can get the position of the point with the desired index.

Get Date – Bounding size can now read a single instance or the entire domain.

Sim Zone:

New Node:

Infection – Infects the nearest points, then searches for the next one, if it is far away, the infection stops.

Curve:

Improved:

Along the curve – redesigned. Now it works on all curves by default. A separate option for each curve when 1 instance is copied to 1 curve. The alignment has improved, the tilt has been fixed and the curve size has been added.

New Node:

Curve Offset – Allows you to create a copy of the curve with an offset.

Material Node:

Blur Shader– Allows you to blur the texture in materials.

Light Control – Allows to control the force of impact on glass, metal, and diffusion. And set the color of the light along the length of the beam.
